Cavapoo
The Cavapoo is universally known as one of the friendliest dog breeds around. Not only is it incredibly affectionate toward owners and family, but it’s also fantastic with kids of all ages as well as other animals. The easy-going temperament of the Cavapoo has made it a staple of various acting, modelling and marketing campaigns with businesses of various industries choosing the Cavapoo to represent their brand. When choosing a dog breed to work on set, the Cavapoo is always a great choice!
A mix of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle, the Cavapoo boasts some of the best traits from both of it’s parents while also being less likely to inhibit any of the genetic illnesses that they may have. When mixing two dog breeds with such a great temperament, it’s no surprise that the Cavapoo is known as a sweet and loving breed.
Maybe not the best choice for a guard dog, the Cavapoo is ever friendly with strangers and lives for validation and treats making them super easy to train. Naturally a social dog, the Cavapoo thrives in environments where they have the opportunity to interact with various people and animals. If not trained properly, however, they can develop separation anxiety which can lead to some destructive behaviours. Generally, this temperament makes them perfect for working on set where they have the opportunity to let their personalities shine.
